Digital Specifications for Email Broadcast
The following are required to be able to send your individual email broadcast:
The preferred format is a link/URL to an html page. (www,yourdomain.com/thebroadcast.html)
The text is formatted and all images are uploaded to the site.
We retrieve the page and can broadcast the same day.
Or a Zip folder containing an html file (width = 600pixels, no height restriction)
with supporting images provided separately as jpegs or gifs (72dpi/RGB),
which we would host on our server.
We also need you to provide us with a subject line.
We also accept the page in a PDF format. (about 1 day turn around)
We will create hotspot for link to a website or special pages on your site free of charge
Please include the text used in the PDF and email it in the body of the email.
as well as the URL you wish to have the page/logo linked to.
We can also design your broadcast for a flat fee of $50.00
You can email your text and images including logo to CBjaxfax@aol.com.
Images can be emailed as attachment in JPG format minimum of 72dpi.
Include the color scheme (PMS color) of your brand that you want to use in the design.
A test broadcast will be sent to you, and your approval is required
before the broadcast is sent to our 19,000 subscribers.
The production/approval process takes about 2 to 3 days.
