VIVA BEYOND, the first ship in its VIVA Boutique line, in a dazzling ceremony on May 8 in Paris.

VIVA BEYOND’s Godmother, Norwegian travel industry leader Cecilie Kopperud, officially named the ship at a glamorous event with the maritime tradition of cutting a ribbon and triggering the breaking of a champagne bottle over the ship’s bow.

Danish journalist Annamette Fuhrmann hosted the ceremony which was attended by more than 160 key travel partners and top executives from VIVA Cruises, including CEO and Co-founder Andrea Kruse.

Celebrating the Start of a New Era in Cruising with the VIVA Boutique Line
VIVA BEYOND is the 9th ship in Viva Cruises’ growing fleet and the first of its new Boutique line. In keeping with the design of the VIVA Boutique line, the ship reimagines the river cruise experience as a floating boutique hotel, designed to reflect the timeless charm of France. With a length of 360 feet, VIVA BEYOND offers space for 112 guests in a total of 56 cabins, half of which are suites measuring up to 323 square feet. Suites feature floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, Nespresso machines, and Typology amenities.

A special highlight on board: three first-class restaurants – including MOMENTS, with a menu created by Michelin-starred Chef David Görne and the VIVA Cruises culinary team, which takes guests into the world of fine dining – as well as a bar in the panorama lounge, which invites passengers to indulge in culinary delights.

In the spacious treatment area, guests can stay active in the fitness room with modern equipment or enjoy pure relaxation with a massage or wellness session. The spacious sun deck provides the perfect backdrop to experience the views of the varied landscape.
There is no shortage of entertainment on board VIVA BEYOND, including “Paris Pétille” cabaret show, live jazz in the Panorama Lounge, and classical concerts.

VIVA BEYOND offers three curated itineraries built around art, gastronomy and culture, each designed to immerse guests in the essence of northern France.
