Neos Airlines begins non-stop flights from JFK to Palermo, Sicily for Summer 2024

announced two flights weekly on Mondays and Saturdays, starting on Saturday, June 8th with a 5 PM departure from JFK’s Terminal One, arriving at Palermo’s Falcone e Borsellino (PMO) Airport Sunday, 7:20 AM. Sunday departures from Palermo are 11:25 AM, arriving, 2:50 PM at JFK.

 

Monday flights from JFK depart at 5 PM arriving in Palermo 7:20 AM Tuesday. The return flight leaves at 11:25 AM arriving at JFK at 2:50 PM. Service ends on Saturday, September 29th from JFK at 11:20 AM with arrival at 2:50 PM in Palermo, Italy. The flight time is approximately eight hours and twenty minutes.

 

Dreamliner Innovations
Neos is flying one of the latest Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, with efficient engine technology that lessens carbon output. Seating is double class, Premium Economy and Economy with seats in the emergency exit rows called Economy Extra Service.
Premium economy has fast-track check-in, Air France lounge access, and priority boarding. The 28 seats are in a 2-3-2 seating configuration that are 20 inches wide with approximately a 40-inch seat pitch, The inflight entertainment system has a one-inch larger screen than Economy seats. Premium Economy clients receive a welcome drink, premium meal, and amenity kit. There is a two-bag limit, not to exceed 60 Kg and eight Kg carry-on. Economy class has 3-3-3 seating configuration with a seat width of approximately 18 inches, and a twenty-inch seat pitch. There is also an Economy Extra Service with more legroom located in the emergency exit rows. The arm rests can’t be raised. Economy and Economy Extra Service has a 23 Kg baggage allowance and eight Kg carry-on.

 

Tickets are available via the Neos website, www.neosair.com or purchased through Neos’ sales office in New York City. Flights are also distributed through various channels, such as GSA, APG, the main online travel agencies (OTAs), the Welcome Geo network, and Amadeus and Sabre for all markets. Neos Airlines is currently not a member of any airline alliances.
